The new Offerle Family Nature Preserve has just taken root along Gulf Boulevard! The Offerles recently completed the transfer of three fantastic lots to FNCC. These properties lie just to the south of the Cemetery Point Park boardwald and support sandhill and marsh habitats shaded by plentiful oak trees.
The vision of the Offerle Family Nature Preserve is to provide habitat and greenspace to support the local pollenators and indigenous animal and birdlife. Visitors will be able to enjoy the natural environment on planned walking trails.
